Three years ago, two brothers left behind comfortable lives in India to chase something bigger. Moving to Canada with their families, they traded certainty for challenge, working odd jobs while searching for a purpose that could fuel both their dreams and their community.

What they noticed was simple but powerful: Windsor was missing a place where people could enjoy 100% vegetarian pizza — both authentic Italian and Indian fusion — along with eggless cakes and desserts inspired by the flavors of home. That gap became their mission.

With little savings and no experience in the restaurant world, they rolled up their sleeves. From laying the floors to building the interiors, every corner of their first restaurant on Tecumseh Road was crafted by hand, fueled by determination (and plenty of YouTube tutorials). The response was overwhelming. Windsor embraced them with open arms, and soon a second location opened on University Avenue, serving students and families alike.
